When we talk about data or information, this could be anything. But in reality, a large part of the information comes in the form of pictures, showing the objects of your collection. Oftentimes, the whole point of introducing a collection management software is to present the collection to a larger audience, for example by creating a virtual exhibition. For the purpose of managing your collection, you should be able to see at a glance what image material is available for any given object. This prompted us to introduce the gallery view. The APS gallery view is showing all the pictures belonging to the object – together with the object.
As you can see in the screenshot, it is possible to display the pictures in the gallery view in different sizes. The picture you select will also be highlighted in the data and vice versa.
